I’m crossing the line,
One step at a time,
Making my progression with each and every rhyme!
I’m crossing the line,
Riding my chariot, 

 Out of the gates that keep me stuck in time!
 

The lyrics that I roll,
Are poetic interpretations of my soul.
Each and every word,
Carved by a stainless steel sword.
Severing my flesh,
I say what I need to say,
I am far from perfect,
Even I forget to pray!
The Fact That I am flawed,
I take no shame to relay!

I’m crossing the line,

Most wish not to think this way,
But it's the burden I bear.
I cling to a system,
That causes my mind to tear.
I could be wasting my time,
Talking bout hoochies and hoes,
Flaunting my sneakers showing off my clothes!
But then there are those,
Who need my undying affection,
Those, such as my friends & those such as my Bros!
I could say screw it and get rid of it all,
Forsaking my conscience that heeds to a greater call!
Sacrifices Replenishes, Re-polishes, Adding Relish
To The Essence of Humanity,
Some of us gotta pick up the slack by taking it upon ourselves, making it our Duty!

I'm 5 foot 6, yet I stand tall,

Taller Than Giants,

Goliath and all!
Even when I'm weak,
I cannot afford to fall!
Out of love I wish to carry,
Even at my worst I wish to Tarry,
On and on until my breath is gone,
I need to let it be known!

Life is a journey, destination unknown,
Tread the waters softly, because sometimes,

We are forced to travel all alone!
The decisions that we make, in our characters will it be shown!
So cling to values & attributes that will pave a solid road,
Cling for the life of you,
Cuz the end always shows, the seeds that we have sowed!
 

So I’m crossing the line,

Picked 2 songs, 1 Rap & 1 Metal, I like both so I picked a song to suit the taste of both crowds.

But the intensity of this article is of the metal song. I'm writing down the LYRICS cuz those who don't like metal fail to see its allure.

I see it more fitting so I have to put it down!

now my conscience shall dictate my way
no more apologies no more mistakes
now solid direction has strengthened my resolve
fear not for consequences

fear not at all my focus shall not fail
I shall not fall and nor shall I despair

exist no more distractions exist no more delays
set free from inhibitions set solid on my way
now set forth with purpose and with a strong resolve
